Hudson Table and SALT + SEED invite you to a Fall inspired 5 course vegan dinner. The menu will include traditional dishes with an inventive vegan twist. You'll never think of vegan food the same way again.

  • Brussel Sprout Salad with Vegan Feta, Butternut Squash and Maple Vinaigrette
  • Portobello Pate with Balsamic Reduction
  • Lasagna Roll Up with Pesto Cashew Ricotta, Vegan Mozzarella and an Almond Bechamel
  • Eggplant Milanese with a Piccata Sauce and Fall Greens
  • Pumpkin Mousse Cake with Fig Compote
