Come by for a night with Hoboken's local butcher Joe of Truglios. Watch as Joe Breaks down a beef rib primal cut and then enjoy a 3 course plated meal created by Chef Gene. Joe and Gene will talk you through the full process and answer any questions in this intimate setting, counterside!
