Sit back and enjoy as Chef Kelly finishes off each dish in front of you while you enjoy each dish while sitting around our open kitchen counter. Jeff of Hoboken Wine Dads will be pairing wine with each dish as well for everyone to enjoy while discussing pairing notes. Feel free to ask Kelly any questions regarding technique as well!
