  • Course 1 - Comte breadsticks, whipped cherry lardo
  • Course 2 - Crispy kale, Nuoc Cham, Thai peanuts
  • Course 3 - Wild mushroom tart, thyme brown butter crumb, chervil crema
  • Course 4 - Fluke ceviche, Clamato, grilled sour orange, habanada, avocado, Course 5 - Korean fried chicken oysters, cilantro ranch, dilly beans
  • Course 6 - Pork belly, fish sauce caramel, crispy Szechuan chili broccoli
