Overview:
Sit back and enjoy as Chef Melissa finishes off 5 delicious courses for this unique dining experience. There will be limited counter-side seating as well as communal table seating within a few feet of the kitchen. Bill Easton, courtesy of Wine Dads, will be pairing each course with a hand picked wine to go along with the dish.
Bill started in the wine business in the 1970's at small family wineries and then founded his own boutique wine shop in California. He and his wife Jane founded Terre Rouge in the 1980's, and Bill is a founding member of the Rhone Rangers, a celebrated group of California winemakers who specialize in Rhone grape varieties. Bill received a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Rhone Rangers in 2016.
