Sit back and enjoy as Chef Koray finishes off each dish in front of you while you enjoy each dish while sitting around our open kitchen counter. This 5-course meal will focus on seasonality and the offerings that Hudson County can offer. Dana of Lauber Selections will be pairing wines for the evening. Feel free to ask Koray any questions regarding technique as well!
