Overview:

Sit back and enjoy as Chef Kelly finishes each dish in front of you around our open kitchen counter. This collaborative Chef's Table will include a beer pairing with each course and will also include a unique beer specifically created by Hoboken Brewing to be paired with the 5th and final course, the dessert course. Feel free to ask Kelly any questions regarding technique as well!

  • House-made bread, cheese curds, sunny egg (Paired with a Gose)
  • Chicken confit croquettes, cayenne sauce, blue cheese (Paired with an IPA)
  • Chorizo, clams, lemon, buerre blanc (Paired with a Blonde)
  • 5 Spice and hoisin braised brisket with citrus slaw (Paired with a DIPA)
  • Sopapilla, honey, cinnamon, chantilly cream (Paired with an original, custom-made beer)
