Overview:

Sit back, relax and enjoy as Brian finishes off each dish in front of you while you enjoy a nice glass of wine around our gorgeous counter. Start off with a delicious country pate, then head to a classic asparagus with poached egg and finish off with a crumbly, crispy dessert! We will also have a great wine distributor pairing each of these delicious dishes with an amazing wine from their vast collection.

  • Country pate with pickled relish
  • Asparagus with pancetta, poached egg, salt cured egg yolk and crispy chicken skin
  • Coconut PEI mussels w/ ginger, garlic, shallot, and lemongrass
  • Airline chicken breast with spaetzle , confit chicken leg, butter greens and mushrooms
  • Cherry Ginger Apple Crisp
