Sit back and enjoy as Chef Alex finishes off each 3 courses, "Northern Thai" style. Each dish, inspired by the chefs experience cooking in the south, will be finished right in front of you - feel free to ask questions as Alex describes the techniques used in each dish! Dana Scarrantino of Lauber Selections will be pairing each course with a delicious glass of wine as well, creating a one of a kind night that you won't' forget!
