Sit back and enjoy as Chef Koray finishes off each dish in front of you while you enjoy each dish while sitting around our open kitchen counter. This 5-course meal will focus on seasonality and amazing winter flavors. Dana of Lauber Selections will be pouring wine with each course as well. Feel free to ask Koray any questions regarding the technique as well!
