Space 1 only rental 2:30 pm to 11 pm. $2,500 total minus $1,250 deposit ($1,250 balance plus the $1,500 security deposit). Please note, the security deposit will be refunded in full assuming the space is cleared and completely cleaned and left as you found it by 11 pm. All equipment needs to be returned as you found it completely cleaned.
