    Come and experience a night like nothing else as you watch Chef Brian face off against Chef Matt of Union Hall in a 3 course battle, chopped style.  Watch as each chef receives mystery ingredients and faces the task of creating an appetizer, entree and dessert using each of the ingredients.  You will get a first hand look at every step while you enjoy a fun cocktail party with a wine tasting courtesy of Dana Scarantino of Lauber Selections - a division of Fedway Associates. Not only that but you, the guest, will be the judge, enjoy each dish, and decide which chef gets the 1st place dollar prize.  This night will be one to remember and one you will never experience anywhere else!
