Join us for a quick taste of our classes, demonstration style. Watch as Chef Alex creates a delicious steak cecina, with Guajillo beans, cilantro avocado "risotto" and salsa verde! This is a demonstration class where you will sit around our counter and watch our chef execute each component step by step. You will then enjoy the dish for yourself, as we serve it with a perfectly paired glass of wine provided by Lauber Selections the fine wine division of Fedway. Feel free to ask our chef any questions and you will walk away with the recipe for this dish as well!
