Explore some of the most savory dishes that Southeast Asia has to offer. We’ll be making stops in Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and the Philippines on this culinary journey.

  • Lumpia Shanghai-Filipino mini fried spring rolls with sweet and sour dipping sauce
  • Fried Kway Teow -char-flavored stir fried fresh rice noodles with crab, scallops, sweet chili soy and shrimp paste
  • Beef Rendang- slow braised beef in a rich and aromatic coconut curry with lemongrass, cinnamon and cloves
  • Steamed Jasmine Rice with Pandan
  • Leaf Plantains with Coconut Milk and Palm Sugar
