Overview:

This week will teach your kids about different categories of food and cooking basics. Each day we'll focus on a different type of food: fruits & vegetables, vegetable and meat protein, and grains. We'll have a taste test and make lunch using ingredients from these groups. Aside from cooking (and eating), we'll play some food related games and do some food arts and crafts. Please note this class will run daily from July 5th to July 7th from 10 am to 1 pm
