Overview:

Sit back, relax and enjoy as Brian finishes off each dish in front of you while you enjoy a nice glass of wine around our gorgeous counter. Start off with a refreshing beet and apple salad, then head to a delicious dish of octopus finished off by an interesting take on strawberry shortcakes! Anna Zuck from Meridian Prime Distributors will be pairing each of these delicious dishes with an amazing wine from their vast collection.

Menu:

  • Braised beet and apple salad with mustard vinaigrette arugula, parsley, mint and crispy leeks
  • Roasted butternut squash soup with lardon, spiced chocolate and crispy shallot
  • Octopus, frisée, arugula, hominy, green onion, parsley, radish, and chili broth
  • Braised pork belly with kaybayki, sweet potatoes and root veg
  • buttermilk biscuit strawberry shortcakes
