Sit back and enjoy as Chef Christina finishes off 7 delicious courses for this unique dining experience. Each course will be influenced by flavors from Greece. There will be limited counter-side seating as well as regular seating within a few feet of the kitchen.

  • Saganaki - fried halloumi cigar, fig honey
  • Salata - roasted beet, citrus labneh, grapefruit segment, hazelnut dust
  • Octopodi - charred octopus, kalamata herb oil, fava puree
  • Makaronia Spartou - handmade traditional Greek pasta, brown butter, manouri cheese, shaved black truffle
  • Branzino - pan-seared filet, avgolemono sauce, spinach rice
  • Moussaka - braised short rib, whipped eggplant, crisp potato straws
  • Galaktoboureko - phyllo wrapped sweet custard, tahini creme anglaise, torched pistachio meringue, shaved chocolate
