Overview:

Delve into dumplings with us! We’ll teach you to create dumplings from China, Spain & Eastern Europe and explain how to choose the best dumpling wrappers and preparation method for each type. Then it’s your turn to try your hand at crafting the meat and seafood bundles. You’ll stuff then boil, steam or fry your pillowy pockets and serve them alongside a host of dipping sauces. The hardest part will be waiting to let them cool just enough before digging in!
