Please note we require a security deposit for all private events. It is non-refundable. We do this to protect our business against loss of other potential business, while holding that date exclusively for your event. In the case that there is a request to cancel the event on short notice (6 weeks or less) for any reason on the customer's end, we will do our best to rebook the date. If we are able to rebook the date, we can offer a full credit, if not we would have to keep the deposit to make up for lost revenue on the day.
