Overview:

Sit back and enjoy as Chef Koray finishes off each dish in front of you while you enjoy each dish while sitting around our open kitchen counter. This 5-course meal will focus on seasonality and amazing fall flavors. All guests will be sat socially distant either at the counter (plexiglass dividers where needed), or at discounted table seating in our open kitchen. All guests will be required to be temp checked upon entry and to wear masks when not seated or when staff approaches your table.

  • Beetroot and Orange Cured Salmon: Crispy Lavash, Mustard Caviar, Fennel and Grany Smith Coleslaw
  • Roasted Brussel Sprouts: Lebanese Tahini Tarator, Almond Za’atar, and Pomegranate Seeds
  • Butternut Squash Ravioli: Smoked Creme Fraiche, Brown Butter, and Sage, Garlic Bread Crumbs
  • Sous Vide Organic Chicken Roulade: Wild Mushroom and Truffle Filling, Sumac & Lemongrass Potato Puree, Black Lentil, and Winter Vegetables
  • Pear Tatin: Pear Brandy Chantilly, Pecan Praline, Almond Salted Caramel
