Sit back and enjoy as Chef Kelly finishes off each dish in front of you while you enjoy each dish while sitting around our open kitchen counter. This 6-course meal will focus on seasonality and the offerings that Hudson County can offer. Dana of Lauber Selections will be pouring wine with each course as well. Feel free to ask Kelly any questions regarding technique as well!
