LIVE CHEF COMPETITION: 4 CHEFS, 3 ROUNDS! (WINE PAIRING INCLUDED)

Overview:
Come and experience a night like nothing else as you watch our 4 chefs battle round by round in a 3 course battle. You will get a first hand look at every step while you enjoy a fun wine tasting courtesy of Dana Scarantino of Lauber Selections - a division of Fedway Associates. Not only that but you, the guest, will be the judge, getting to decide which chef is eliminated each round. Round 1, each chef will create a small plate app and then you will eliminate one chef. Round 2, each chef will create a main course, and again one chef will be eliminated. Round 3, the final 2 chefs will each create a dessert using the mystery basket ingredients and a winner will be chosen by you, the customer! The chefs competing are:
Team 1: Hudson Table's Chef Kelly and Chef Gene
Team 2: Union Hall's Chef Matt and Brass Rail's Chef Doug Gough
Team 3: Chef Eric Clemente of Fork Hill Kitchen
Team 4: Chef de Cuisine of Antique Bar and Bakery Jiovani Vasquez
