Sit back and enjoy one last pre New Years Resolution amazing meal as Chef Eric shows off his passion for nose to tail cooking using all aspects of the pig for all 5 dishes. Jeff of Wine Dads (1330 Willow Avenue) will be pairing an amazing glass of wine with each dish as well! Feel free to ask questions all along the way as he prepares each dish for you around our chef's counter.
