Enjoy this interesting take on Thanksgiving courtesy of Chef Alex Smith.  Sit back, relax and enjoy as he finishes off each dish in front of you while you enjoy a nice glass of wine around our gorgeous counter. Dana Scarrantino of Lauber Selections will be pairing a wine for each dish for you to enjoy!

  • Charred cauliflower soup, brown butter, pickled fennel, chicharrones
  • Fried and fermented Brussels sprouts, chili honey, toasted cashew

  • Pumpkin pie, pumpkin seed whipped cream
