Overview:

San Sebastian, is a petite city along the coast of Spain that is being referred to as the “culinary capital of the planet.” Join us for an evening along the bay of biscay where you will create dishes from the legendary Txuleta steak to Spanish fried milk toast.

Menu:

  • Blistered shishito peppers with orange salt
  • Anchovies with lemon zest and oil
  • Tuna belly tostada, with roasted peppers, picked onions
  • Txuleta steak (legendary bone in Spanish aged t-bone) with charred tomato jam
  • Torrija (Spanish French Toast dessert)
