REFUND/RESCHEDULING POLICY:

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued and we are NOT able to reschedule your tickets to another date once a class or event is purchased. There will be no exceptions made in regards to this policy.  This includes any and all Covid related needs to cancel. The planning that goes into executing our classes between staffing, purchasing and other details does not allow us the flexibility to refund or transfer your tickets to a new date. Guests are welcome to send someone in their place at any point to take their seat in the class if the purchaser can no longer attend. We will do our best to try and resell your seats if you are unable to attend and if we are made whole, we can offer a full credit to a future event/class. There is 10% administrative fee to facilitate this.

If you are purchasing tickets for more than just yourself, you agree and guarantee that you have the authority of the other people in your party, on whose behalf tickets are purchased to accept the terms and conditions; that you have given them the opportunity to read it and our waiver and release of liability; and you have told them that they must accept the terms if they want to participate. You will indemnify us if these representations are not true.

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS:

Hands On Classes – Please note you must email us in advance to confirm we can accommodate any dietary restrictions. Please understand that not all classes can accommodate modifications, as they are designed for groups of four. Your advance notice allows us to ensure the best possible experience for you and our guests. While some classes require the purchase of a full table (4 tickets) for edits that affect the entire group, others can be adjusted for individual needs. Additionally, there are occasions when making edits may detract from the main focus of the class.

Chef CompetitionsWe cannot accommodate any dietary restrictions or allergies at Chef Competitions. If you or a guest in your party have any allergies or dietary restrictions, attending a chef competition is at your own risk. Our chefs are not able to ensure this is an allergy friendly event.

GROUP SIZES:

We kindly ask that all parties sign up as one group and buy tickets in one transaction. Please note that our maximum group size for public classes is 8 guests. This means even if you sign up as 5 parties of 2, you would still be considered a large group of 10.

If you have 9 or more people, please email us at [email protected] to learn more about our custom private events. Although we love having large groups, it isn’t fair to the other guests in attendance, which is why we offer a wide range of private events. Please think of us for your next event!

PARTICIPANT AGES:

Unless explicitly stated in the class or event overview, all classes and events are for adults ages 18+. Please note: we cannot have infants or young children in attendance for liability and safety reasons. I hereby certify that all attendees in my group will be of age.

WEATHER POLICY:

Please note we rarely (if ever) cancel classes due to the weather. If you are traveling from afar, please take this into consideration as we cannot accommodate any cancelations if the weather may impact your travel to get to Hudson Table. We want to ensure the safety of our customers but we are located in the North East where there is often rain and snow and cannot cancel or allow for rescheduling due to the weather.

EVENT CANCELLATIONS:

Hudson Table reserves the right to cancel any class that fails to attract sufficient enrollment. In the case of cancellation, all students will be notified and a full credit to another class of equal or lesser value will be given. In the event that businesses are forced to cease operations in accordance with any local, state, or federal regulations related to COVID-19 or other health-related issues, a credit will be issued. Refunds will not be issued for any reason.
