By definition, “New American” cuisine blends traditional American cooking techniques with foreign components. Chinese New American will let you enjoy classics like Dan Dan noodles and new dishes like cumin and soybean roasted lamb. Join us for this new culinary mash-up.

  • Dan dan noodles, roasted peanut sauce, chili oil
  • Szechuan rice cakes, explosive peppercorn sauce, long beans
  • Smoked bacon ultimate fried rice, pickled celery, chiles, fried eggs
  • Cumin lamb, garlic and fermented soybean paste, snow peas
