Overview:
Join us as each week we tour a new North American city or state and cook and taste their native foods. We'll make it down south for some barbecue, enjoy some deep dish pizza from Chicago, and try our hand at tortilla making in Mexico. Kids will learn how to work in the kitchen and come out of these weeks with stronger knife skills, cooking techniques, and some baking basics. Kids will prepare a meal each class and have dinner together. Class is drop off.
DATES: Wednesdays (3:45 - 5:15 pm), September 12th to December 19th, except for 9/19 & 11/21
