Overview:

If you like beer and if you like to eat (don't we all?), then we're bringing it home for you with this one.   In this class, a selection of beers becomes an all-purpose cooking tool that provides depth and flavors to these hearty dishes.  You'll explore a variety of beers and learn how they can complement the flavors of your cooking.  We'll provide all the cookables, you provide the drinkables.
