When the annual meltdown finally arrives, a trip to the Greenmarket is all we need to revamp our culinary repertoire.  The stalls are budding with sweet greens,  the first berries, and young, budding garlic.  This makes cooking simple and easy, as you'll see in this class that pairs the fresh flavors of the season with steakhouse classics.
