You will work with fresh cream ganaches from classic chocolate, to ginger, cinnamon, and vanilla, make hand dipped bonbons, and have fun decorating them with a number of professional techniques. Just in time for the holidays, you'll master beautifully handcrafted chocolates. Take home your creations to share with family and friends.
