Sit back, relax and enjoy as Alex finishes off each dish in front of you while you enjoy a nice glass of wine around our gorgeous counter. Start off with a delicious sip of celery broth, move onto some delicious dishes encompassing the true technique of fermentation and finish off with a delicious dessert! Anna Zuck from Meridian Prime Distributors will be pairing each of these delicious dishes with an amazing wine from their vast collection.
