Each chef will have time to plan out a 3 course menu with a theme in mind. Each course will have a time limit and you will be voting as the night progresses to see which chef wins the first place prize. For this special evening, the owners of La Meme Chose will be teamed up with a chef and will go around tasting each dish's components and then running across the street to find a wine that pairs well with that course.
