WINTER/SPRING AROUND NORTH AMERICA AFTER SCHOOL SERIES (Mondays – 16 classes) – (ages 8 – 14)

Overview:
Join us for this series where we'll be exploring different cities and regions of the United States, Mexico, and Canada. We'll be making food inspired by the deep South, the Oaxaca region of Mexico,and Montreal, Canada and many more! Kids will learn how to work in the kitchen and come out of these classes with stronger knife skills, cooking techniques, and some baking basics. Kids will prepare a meal and either eat it outside or take their food home with them. Class is drop off. DATES: Mondays (Jan 22, 29, Feb 5, 12, 26, Mar 4, 11, 18, 25, April 8,15, 29, May 6, 13, 20, June 3 ) **No class: 2/19, 4/1, 4/22 (Passover), 5/27** Pick up from Brooklyn Arbor available. We can pickup from other schools in the area with 4 or more kids signed up.
