    Join us for this series where we'll be exploring different cities and regions of the United States, Mexico, and Canada.   We'll be making food inspired by the deep South, the Oaxaca region of Mexico,and Montreal, Canada and many more!  Kids will learn how to work in the kitchen and come out of these classes with stronger knife skills, cooking techniques, and some baking basics. Kids will prepare a meal and either eat it outside or take their food home with them. Class is drop off.

    Come join us to make a Japanese family class!  California rolls, pork tatsu, cucumber salad, and a matcha pound cake!   Adults and kids will learn some knife skills, sushi rolling skills, along with cooking & baking basics.  We'll all eat together at the end of the class.

    It's a taco party!  We'll be making a taco feast along with making some tortilla art.  Kids will learn how to work in the kitchen and come out of these classes with stronger knife skills (with kid friendly knives), culinary knowledge, and some baking basics along with expanding their food knowledge.

    MLK DAY KIDS CLASSES – AGES 8-14 TACO PARTY!

    It's a taco party!  We'll be making two different types of tacos from scratch (including the taco shells) along with a cilantro lime slaw and chocolate chili brownies for dessert!  Kids will learn how to work in the kitchen and come out of these classes with stronger knife skills (with kid friendly knives), culinary knowledge, and some baking basics along with expanding their food knowledge.

    Join us for this class, where we'll delve into the book Kalamata's Kitchen where we'll learn about Indian food.   Kids will make saag paneer and carrot halwa.  They'll learn how to work in the kitchen and get stronger knife skills (with kid friendly knives) and some baking basics.  Afterwards, we'll read the book together.  Kids will prepare a meal and either eat it outside or take their food home with them. Class is drop off.
