KIDS CLASSES

Welcome to our kids’ cooking classes! Our programming is hands-on cooking classes for all ages. Kids will work in a professional kitchen with professional chefs to learn how to cook and bake. We strive to not only have children learn techniques but develop a passion for creating food and inspiring flavors. We also offer private kids’ parties and events!

    Come join us to make a winter classic - delicious chili and fixin's!  Cornbread, toppings, queso dip and ending the meal with a s'mores bark.   Everyone will learn some knife skills along with cooking & baking basics.  We'll all eat together and the kids will get to take some leftovers home.  All classes are nut-free.

    FEBRUARY BREAK KIDS CAMP – ‘MAKE YOUR OWN’ CLASSIC DINER – 2/16 – 2/20 (ages 8 – 14)

    10:00 AM - 3:00 PM

    This camp will teach kids how to make a delicious diner food and by Friday create their own classic diner for their family.  For the first half of the week, they'll learn baking and cooking skills by making things like donuts, classic burger, omelettes, and a perfect milkshake.  Throughout the week they'll create their own diner with their own menu design and being creative by customizing dishes to serve to guests.  On Friday we'll invite relatives or friends (up to 2 per child) to their diner where kids will serve up 3 dishes.
    • Monday:
    • Smash burgers (Veggie burgers or Beyond Meat for vegetarians)
    • Double-fried French Fries
    • Greek salad
    • Lemon Meringue Pie
    • Snack: Stuffed french toast with strawberry sauce
    • Tuesday:
    • Perfect omelet (with different fillings)
    • Crispy Hash browns
    • Bacon Cheddar Chive Scones
    • Cinnamon Rolls
    • Snack: Japanese souffle pancakes
    • Wednesday:
    • Chile con carne
    • Chips and queso
    • Cornbread with honey-butter
    • Chocolate-glazed doughnuts
    • Snack: Spanakopita Triangles
    • Thursday:
    • Classic Grilled Cheese
    • Tomato Soup
    • Chocolate Malt and Vanilla Milkshakes
    • Friday:
    • Diner family meal!
