Private classes have no minimum and a maximum of 24 guests broken up into 4 groups (max of 6 people per group). Guests work on every dish on the menu from start to finish while being lead by our team. Classes feature a lead chef with 6-10 years in the restaurant industry and 1-2 assistants. After the 2 hours allotted for the cooking, we will turn the space into a cozy dining room for your group to enjoy the meal. Unlike dining at a restaurant with 24 people where you only get to enjoy the company of the few people seated next to you, hands on cooking classes involve mingling in our open kitchen for the first 2 hours which allows for a more inclusive experience!

We can seat up to 18 around the counter in our main floor space and in the cellar, up to 6 at the counter or 20 at a farm table, leading to an intimate and immersive dining experience. Every menu is fully customized to suit your preferences, allergies, and dietary restrictions. Watch live as our chef finishes, plates and garnishes every dish while walking you through their process. Add an optional wine pairing to compliment your multi-course meal, or opt to have our wine expert to lead you through each pairing course by course.
