ANNE STRONG

Regional Manager

Chef Anne Strong is a native New Yorker now based outside Philadelphia, whose love of food—and the way it brings people together—led her to transition from a career in publishing into the culinary world. After attending culinary school at night, she went on to cook in some of the most respected kitchens in New York and Philadelphia, including The Modern, Momofuku Ko, Serpico, Morimoto, The Dandelion, and The Love.

Since joining Hudson Table in 2021, Anne has become a key leader within the organization, now serving as Regional Manager for both the Philadelphia and Princeton studios. She is deeply involved in shaping the overall experience; from developing creative programming and mystery baskets to leading chef competitions, teaching classes, and overseeing private events. Anne brings a thoughtful, experienced approach to everything she does, consistently creating engaging and memorable culinary experiences.

JOSHUA THOMAS

General Manager / Lead Chef

Chef Joshua Thomas’s passion for food began at an early age, cooking and baking alongside his grandmother, who remains his greatest culinary influence. He went on to study at the Culinary Institute of America, earning a degree in Baking and Pastry Arts, and gaining experience through internships in Maui and Northern California. With over 20 years in the industry, Joshua has worked across both restaurant and corporate culinary settings before returning to Central New Jersey. He now serves as the General Manager of Hudson Table Princeton, where he helps create enriching food experiences — from lively chef competitions to intimate counterside dinners — that bring people together through good food and great energy. Outside of the kitchen, he enjoys woodworking, camping in the Catskills with his family, fishing at the shore, and riding dirt bikes with his kids.

THOMAS DAY

Lead Chef

Chef Thomas Day III has worked in the restaurant industry for 25yrs. Most recently as a super yacht chef in the Caribbean and the Bahamas for the past 5yrs. Prior to that he has been the executive and sous chef of multiple restaurants in Philadelphia. On down time he freelances as a private chef and enjoys time outdoors with family.
