Class Type:

HANDS ON

Brief:

Come in, get a quick intro around our kitchen counter from our chef about the plan for the night, how to use our equipment and kitchen safety then get broken up into groups to begin cooking! Each group of 4 to 5 will be making every dish on the menu.  Unlike some other cooking classes, you and your team will be working on every dish!  You will have all of your own equipment, prep tables and a stove station at your disposal.  At the end of the class all groups sit together at a communal table and enjoy what they created.  Sit back and enjoy as we transform from cooking school into a fine dining restaurant ensuring you and your new friends have time to chat and relax.  Our public classes generally max out at 16 people (four groups of 4), while our private classes can host up to 20 for a full hands on experience and up to 24 for a corporate modified hands on experience.

CHEF’S TABLE

Brief:

Sit back, relax and indulge as our in-house culinary instructor demonstrates a wide range of recipes. This experience offers an engaging experience for those not looking to take on the chopping block. Take note of the technique applied while tasting each dish as it is prepared. Feel free to ask questions as each dish is presented with an explanation of each component.  You will have a first hand look at how much attention to detail goes in each dish as you experience a unique culinary experience.  Please note we can seat up to 14 around our counter and can always accommodate an additional second row of seating for up to 9 more (23 total)

Class Type:

DEMONSTRATION COOKING CLASS/SEATED EVENT

Brief:

Come in and watch as our chef prepares several dishes for you.  We can seat up to 32 or we can host a standing cocktail party with limited seating where guests are welcome to sit around our counter and watch as the dishes are demonstrated before them for up to 45 people.  As you walk in our staff will have some freshly made appetizers waiting for you to enjoy while you watch the show.  We can even incorporate some partial hands on work where guests can participate and try their hand in some of the dishes.  Please note that we are always willing to customize the experience for our guests to ensure they get exactly what they are looking for.
