    Come and experience a night like nothing else as you watch Chef Brian face off against Chef Chez Dechellis in a 3 course battle, chopped style.  We will provide some light apps on arrival then watch as each chef will receive mystery ingredients and be faced the task of creating an appetizer, a main course and a dessert using each of the ingredients.  You will get a first hand look at every step while you enjoy a fun cocktail party with a wine tasting courtesy of Dana Scarantino of Lauber Selections - a division of Fedway Associates. Not only that but you, the guest, will be the judge, getting to decide which chef gets the 1st place dollar prize and which gets the 2nd place. You will get a plate of each chef's 3 courses as well! This night will be one to remember and one you will never experience anywhere else!
