    Come and experience a night like nothing else as you watch our 4 chefs battle round by round in a 3 course battle.  You will get a first hand look at every step while you enjoy a fun wine tasting courtesy of Dana Scarantino of Lauber Selections - a division of Fedway Associates. Not only that but you, the guest, will be the judge, getting to decide which chef is eliminated each round. Round 1, each chef will create a small plate app and then you will eliminate one chef. Round 2, each chef will create a main course, and again one chef will be eliminated. Round 3, the final 2 chefs will each create a dessert using the mystery basket ingredients and a winner will be chosen by you, the customer! Our 4 chefs this evening are: Chef Brian Bennett, Chef Alex Smith, Chef Eton Chan and Chef Jackie Rothong, Senior Culinary Stylist at the Chew, previous winner of Cutthroat Kitchen. This night will be one to remember and one you will never experience anywhere else!
