    This coastal region has been described as one of the most appetizing cuisines in the world. In this class, we will explore dishes from kabobs and hummus to Spanakopita. Join us for a delicious evening around the Mediterranean. Our classes are operating with all dining tables being spaced at least 6 feet apart and partitions and dividers may be used as needed. The class will be broken up into tables of up to 4 guests. The minimum party size is 2 at this time. Guests who sign up separately in groups smaller than 4 will work together while wearing masks during the prep and cooking portion of the class, but will be seated at separate tables for the dining portion of the event. Guests who would like to ensure their own private prep table must book 4 seats. Please email us prior to booking if you have any questions regarding group sizes. Due to the current public health environment and COVID-19, mask wearing throughout the class will be strictly enforced. All guests will have their temperature checked upon arrival and receive a written form for contact tracing purposes.     Come and experience a night like nothing else as you watch two chefs face off in a 3 course battle, "Chopped" style. We will provide some light snacks upon arrival then watch as each chef will receive mystery ingredients and be faced the task of creating an appetizer, a main course and a dessert using each of the ingredients. You will get a first hand look at every step and then you, the guest, will be the judge, getting to decide which chef gets the 1st place dollar prize and which gets the 2nd place. You will get a plate of each chef's 3 courses as well! There will be limited counter seating as well as 2nd-row seating available. We will have a wine pairing with 5-6 wines to go along with the dinner (included in the ticket price) as well as beer and wine available for purchase. All party sizes will be a minimum of 2 guests and a max of 8 due to our limited seating so find a group to enjoy the fun with!
