KIDS CLASSES

Welcome to our kids’ cooking classes! Our programming is hands-on cooking classes for all ages. Kids will work in a professional kitchen with professional chefs to learn how to cook and bake. We strive to not only have children learn techniques but develop a passion for creating food and inspiring flavors. We also offer private kids’ parties and events!

    Overview :

    Join us for this series where we'll be exploring famous restaurants and famous chefs' dishes.   We'll be making food inspired by a classic Jersey diner and class choice!  Kids will learn how to work in the kitchen and come out of these classes with stronger knife skills, cooking techniques, and some baking basics.  Kids will prepare a meal and either eat it outside or take their food home with them. Class is drop off.

    Overview :

     Come join us and decorate some holiday themed sugar cookies.   We'll show you how to make cookies like a melted snowman, an ornament, and a reindeer, but we'll let you be creative too! Each child will get to roll out dough to make their own cookies, then decorate them with their own piping bag set and sprinkle tray.  Each ticket is for up to 3 people (one adult & 2 children or 2 adults & 1 child).  If an extra adult (above the 3 people) would like to attend, we won't necessarily have seats available for them.

    Overview :

    Is your child an aspiring pastry chef?  Kids will make their own snowman mini red velvet cake.  They'll get to be creative with their decorations.  We'll make the cakes and buttercream from scratch, decorate their cakes make a pizza and salad bar lunch.  They'll get to take home their very own cake at the end of the day.

    FAMILY NEW YEARS ‘EVE’ PARTY: (AGES 4-7)

    Overview :

    Calling all moms, dads & caretakers!   Come join us with your 4-7 year olds to have a fun kids 'cocktail' party for New Years Eve.   We'll be making 3 hors d'oeuvres and a dessert.  Kids will learn knife skills (with child friendly knives), work on some baking techniques, and participate in a whipped cream challenge!  We'll end the afternoon with a toast of sparkling apple cider to the new year.
