Kids will learn knife skills and cooking techniques. We will introduce kids to new foods each day, and ways they will be able to help in the kitchen at home! Please note this class will run daily from July 1st to July 3rd.

You will learn the end-to-end process from kneading basic doughs, to rolling out sheets of golden dough, to cutting a variety of shapes, each demonstrating a different technique. This workshop-style class will send each student home with a batch of each shape of pasta to cook at home.
