You’ll start with a fresh Italian salad, then roll out handmade pasta for a classic Lasagna Emiliana layered with creamy béchamel and hearty Bolognese. Next up is savory stuffed zucchini, and we’ll end on a sweet note with traditional almond cookies from Modena. Mangiamo!
