For pasta connoisseurs and beginners alike, this is your opportunity to make pasta from scratch. We will create pasta of all shapes and sizes ranging from ribbon styles (pappardelle and fettuccine) to filled (ravioli). Learn to replicate these techniques at home as we mix the old fashioned way – by hand. Classes will be reduced capacity with all tables being 6′ apart. All guests will be required to wear masks until ready for dining. If the weather permits, we will have tables outside for that portion of the evening. We are offering two options – buying 2 seats to join another party of 2 where you will cook together but dine separately with separate platters or option 2 which is buying out the entire table for up to 4 people. Our classes are operating at reduced capacity with all dining tables being spaced at least 6 feet apart. Partitions and dividers may be used as needed.\u00a0If weather permits, we will offer tables outside for the seated dining portion of the event. The class will be broken up into\u00a0tables of up to 4 guests.\u00a0The minimum party size is 2 at this time. Guests who sign up separately in groups smaller than 4 will work together while wearing masks during the prep and cooking portion of the class, but will be seated at separate tables for the dining portion of the event.\u00a0Guests who would like to ensure their own private prep table must book 4 seats.\u00a0Please email us prior to booking if you have any questions regarding group sizes.\u00a0Due to the current public health environment and COVID-19, mask wearing throughout the class will be strictly enforced. All guests will have their temperature checked upon arrival and receive a written form for contact tracing purposes.
