Delve into dumplings with us! We’ll work through making doughs and fillings, and practice the techniques of wrapping various dumpling styles.\u00a0\u00a0You\u2019ll stuff then boil, steam or fry your pillowy pockets and serve them alongside a host of dipping sauces. The hardest part will be waiting to let them cool just enough before digging in!<\/p>\n
Our classes are operating with all dining tables being spaced at least 6 feet apart and partitions and dividers may be used as needed.\u00a0If weather permits, we will offer tables outside for the seated dining portion of the event. The class will be broken up into\u00a0tables of up to 4 guests.\u00a0The minimum party size is 2 at this time. Guests who sign up separately in groups smaller than 4 will work together while wearing masks during the prep and cooking portion of the class, but will be seated at separate tables for the dining portion of the event.\u00a0Guests who would like to ensure their own private prep table must book 4 seats.\u00a0Please email us prior to booking if you have any questions regarding group sizes.\u00a0Due to the current public health environment and COVID-19, mask wearing throughout the class will be strictly enforced. All guests will have their temperature checked upon arrival and receive a written form for contact tracing purposes.
