Come and experience a night like nothing else as you watch our 4 chefs battle round by round in a 3 course battle. \u00a0You will get a first hand look at every step while you enjoy a fun wine tasting courtesy of Dana Scarantino of Lauber Selections – a division of Fedway Associates. Not only that but you, the guest, will be the judge, getting to decide which chef is eliminated each round. Round 1, each chef will create a small plate app and then you will eliminate one chef. Round 2, each chef will create a main course, and again one chef will be eliminated. Round 3, the final 2 chefs will each create a dessert using the mystery basket ingredients and a winner will be chosen by you, the customer! Our 4 chefs this evening are:\u00a0Chef Brian Bennett, Chef Alex Smith, Chef Eton Chan and Chef Jackie Rothong, Senior Culinary Stylist at the Chew, previous winner of Cutthroat Kitchen.
