Not only that but you, the guest, will be the judge, getting to decide which chef is eliminated each round. Round 1, each chef will create a small plate app and then you will eliminate one chef.     Strands, tubes, ribbons, stuffed, or dumpling-style. Dive in deep in this workshop where you’ll learn the ins and outs of creating the perfect fresh pasta. You will learn the end-to-end process from kneading basic doughs, to rolling out sheets of golden dough, to cutting a variety of shapes, each demonstrating a different technique. This workshop-style class will send each student home with a batch of each shape of pasta to cook at home.
