If we sell out of the 15 to 20 we will be making each day, the staff will be getting paid $400 to $500, no questions asked. Everything will be prepared in our controlled, sanitary, fully compliant kitchen in small-batches each day with a rotating menu, along with a small team of 2 -3 highly-trained team members each day to ensure cleanliness and precautions are taken. Pickup procedure is intended to be minimal to no person-to-person contact for the health and safety of our guests and team. Please make sure to bring a reusable bag to bring everything home!
